The Holidays are soon upon us and it's time to get together again
to celebrate. The party flyer with all the info is right here.
We are holding it again at the KOWLOON due to popular demand.
The Gang had a fabulous time at the last event & the food was the best. Stanley Wong takes great care of us and makes it a memorable time. We have put together a nice variety of food for a very reasonable price served buffet style.

The setting is the "Ship" area in the main dinning room and is semi private.It's really a beautiful setting and the KOWLOON food is the best.So come & join all your old friends for a fun time. Hope to see you all soon and let's party!

DELTAGANG SUMMER BREAKOUT PARTY 2009

Hi all this was the best party we've had yet, Mary Russell-Lewis
& Steve Noce flew in from Florida. Many first timers &
Reservations was well represented along with Aircraft Maint.
Also Freddie Tappan & her YELLOWBIRD Chapter crew joined us.
Nice to see Stevie Smith again . In case you don't know Stevie is in
the Massachuetts HOUSE of REPRESENATIVES, representing Everett
and the surrounding area. Food was great as always at the KOWLOON
& Stanley Wong & the Wong family were really super to us. We have re-booked the KOWLOON for the CHRISTMAS PARTY , which will be Dec 8, 2009. If you can make it I'm sure you'll have a fun time. See you there!!!!!

RETIREE FAREWELL PARTY

What a fabulous turnout for this party. There were 48
people leaving or have already gone earlier in the year.
Debbie DeMaria & Crew did an outstanding job putting
this altogether for a crowd of about 250.
The DJ had the house rocking!

KOWLOON the CABIN FEVER CURE

The cold weather snap we got made us feel
kind of cabin bound. Naturally when this happens
we find that going out to eat is a great cure all...
.....Fun too! Ran into John Coleman former Delta/BOS,
All Star Hockey Team Player and flying corporate for
many years.We had a great meal lots of laughs and the
"Winter Blues" were forgotten for at least that day.

Irish Wake a Celebration of life

Pat Daly former DL/BOS/CVG & family wanted to give
their Mother Mary a proper sendoff with a Grand
Irish celebration of a life well lived. After a brief
prayer service and rememberances of her wonderful
life and how she touched so many hearts in a memorable
way. We had a good Delta turnout. In the pictures you'll
see Pat Penta, Ronnie Fudge, Bob Maloney & his wife May,
Ella Moscaritolo,Mike Mustone & me Jim Collins. Pat was
so glad to see that even though he made the move to CVG,
that he still is well thought of back in good old BOS. His
next move is to Ireland and I'll try to keep you updated
on his whereabouts.

HAMPTON AIRFIELD NH

Today Jan.25, 2008, Ron Fudge, Marcel Corrreveau
& me Jim Collins all NE/DL/BOS, all the time, went
rooting around in New Hampshire seeking adventure
& a good meal. Mike Farrey Capt.NE/DL ret. had kept his
restored NE DC-3 @ Hampton Air Field, so we wanted to
do a photo shoot and check her out. Unfortunaly Mike
has moved her to his own private field in Mason NH,
so we missed out on seeing her for now.The day was not
lost though. At the Flt. school office we found retired
Capt. Dick Cummings NE/DL hanging out, as any guy
who loves aviation would love to be doing. Looking at the
photos you can see the place is in a time warp, and has
the look & feel of a "Waldo Pepper" setting, ie, like the
nearest to Heaven one can get without having to fulfill
the requirements. Well all I can say is that we had the
adventure we were after and a huge, great tasting lobster
roll,fries & fish chowder @ Al's Seafood up the road.
It's the simple things in life that truly make a great day
and a great life. Today was one of them.
